Emergency overnight phone call answered and tried to get me overnight emergency service but promised a 8am - 12noon appt. service technician who has been to my house before called 20min before he was going to arrive. Our garage door was locked in the closed position and with no other means of entry I turned to Angie's list for a company to help us. It was amazing I was reassured that I would be assigned a service tech from 2-5pm and within 30 minutes a tech (Tim) from Precision garage doors called me and told he could be at my home in 45 minutes. He got the door opened and then did a check of the 1993 opener and all the parts and made some suggestions ....no pressure. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.
