Tom arrived ahead of schedule, which was fine with me. He inspected the whole setup, and recommended what was needed to get my garage door back in tip-top shape. The safety sensors were not working, the cables were fraying, and the pulleys were worn. These items were fixed, and he performed the routine maintenance needed. The door is working like new. Thanks Tom! Great job!

I'm very happy with the door the installation, the technicians they answered all my questions + showed me how to open the door in the event of a power outage, so i'm sure I can do it if necessary. The time originally given for their arrival was a mistake, but they called and apologize for their error. They also came back out to install a mail slot. Overall a very professional, neat job. I would definitely recommend your company.

After determining that I needed a new opener, mine was close to 25 years old and at the end of its' life, Tom did great work and took time to clearly explain everything to me. It was a pleasure doing business with Precision and Tom. He clearly explained what was needed to resolve the problem, in this case a new opener and a few minor repairs to the existing door and its parts. After completing the job, he showed all that was done and explained how everything worked. Tom truly loves what he is doing and is a great ambassador for Precision.

Five Stars! Professional, polite, knowledgeable, efficient and compassionate to our needs. I had a problem with my garage door opener. Through a thorough diagnostic, the technician realized that my springs were gapped and could be placing undo pressure on the motor; hence he suggested I replace the springs, and then he fixed the garage door opener. It's works perfectly now. Also, my technician was very sensitive to what I had in the garage; i.e. My Harley, and made certain there was no collateral damage.

I came accross the Precision website while looking for a company to repair my broken garage door opener. Tom Jenkofsky (the Service Specialist) thoroughly examined my garage doors and explained how to look for signs of parts in need of repair. He replaced the bottom weather stripping on both garage doors, and cleaned any dirt/sand/debris from inside the channel before performing the installation. Tom gave me a very comfortable feeling as a customer. Precision Door Service has lived up to their reputation, and I did not have to pay the service charge thanks to their deal with Angie's List members.

Tom was very professional and knowledgeable. He kept in touch by phone so we would know when he was on his way. He was able to fix our garage door opener which had stripped the gear. The best part is that he had a new one in his truck so I was able to start using my garage door as soon as he was done. He also performed a safety check and lubricated everything as well.
