Even better was the technician Michael P. who they informed me was coming prior to the appointment. Michael had excellent technical skills and gave great customer service. He provided me with options and informed me of all of the costs BEFORE he performed any of the work. He made his recommendations and respected my decisions on the options I selected. I would highly recommend Precision, but also definitely recommend you request Michael P. as your technician.

I chose Precision because they offered 24 hour service. My garage door opener had been stolen and I wanted new openers asap for security purposes. Unfortunately, when I phoned at 8 pm, they could not come that evening but they scheduled me for the following morning. All service was professional and friendly. The technician stayed in touch with me regularly to inform me when he would arrive. I would highly recommend Precision...they got the job done efficiently and promptly. I give them a 5 star rating!

I had an intermittent problem with my garage door closing that was related to cold temperature. The technician "Michael" was able to quickly determine the problem was related to a setting of force on the Sears Opener Motor. He also pointed out my two doors did not have safety cables on the springs. He installed them and lubricated all of my tracks and rollers. I also purchased a spare remote control for my wife's car. Very satisfied with the efficient and knowledgable service provided, would definitely recommend you to friends and family. F.P.

I received the Valpak coupon in the mail and called the number for Suffolk Co. I was expecting to get service during the following week. I was very surprised to find out that a service man would be coming that afternoon and that he would call me when he was coming over. I believe his name was Tim. He did call when he was 20 minutes away and he came on time and fixed the problem with my garage doors. I was very pleased with the service and hope the problem continues to be fixed.

thank you for the feedback, we feel the 9pt safety eye package is a good value. we inspect and adjusted your safety eyes, we securley fastened to the track, we inspected all wiring at the motor-head, wall control and sensor's. we also checked your force settings and travel limits.

The technician (Hunter) called to identify himself as the one who would be arriving at 8:45 a.m. He was prompt, courteous, and efficient. He serviced the garage door and automatic door opener within 90 minutes. He explained every aspect of the repair and showed me the new parts that were installed. Called when a spring broke. Appointment was easy to set up, Hunter (the technician) called ahead of time, arrived on time, explained all of the service. We walked through everything as the garage door wires, pulleys, etc were all old and I wanted those replaced these also. Everything was on the truck so no waiting for parts. Work was completed quickly and cleanly. Very please with the company and Hunter.
