Israel is courteous, knowledgeable, professional technician. He quickly identified a problem, took care of it immediately and informed us that there is no charge for this service since the “problem was not out fault “. We are very great full and happy customers!

Rob was terrific. He explained carefully what repairs had to be done and then completed them efficiently. I appreciate how kind your staff was listening to my problem, setting up an appointment and telling when Rob would arrive to check out my garage door. Thank you!! Jeanne Lewin

Great service! Andre Lennon was the technician. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He arrived earlier that originally planned and had the door fixed in no time. I realized the door was broken a little before 1:00PM and it was completely fixed by 2:45 the same day. Bravo!

Israel H. was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and explained everything he did. When he left, my garage door was in much better condition. The extension springs and cables were replaced, and the springs were hung so they do not rattle against the track. Much quieter. Thank you!

Your tech Andre was very nice and very personable and explained everything to me in detail. Unfortunately he said your company could not provide me with a motor/rail to replace the one I have now. I would have liked to use your company as I checked your references before I called, but as I said Andre said your company could not provide me with what I needed.

The tapes on the repair, types of doors, lifts, problems faced and solutions were informative and reassuring. The phone answered Kelly was very helpful. The field technician , Jessi, was unbelievably knowledgeable, accessible, honest and professional.

I searched for garage door repair companies on the internet. After comparing them, I felt that "Precision" would be my best choice. Israel did a great job of replacing the hardware on my garage door. It now works better than ever. He explained what he was going to do and, why. Then, he told me what the cost would be. As far as I am concerned, "Precision" is the go to company for anything relating to garage door work.

I paid 200 to get a door fixed and nothing got fixed. He thinks it is a logic board but does not know. He also tells me to call the guy who put in the door. He came and fixed is 2 seconds. I do not think your technician knew what he was doing. Disappointed

Had to wait a week to get an appointment. Received numerous annoying emails and text messages about irrelevant info regarding the salesperson —- only to have an inexperienced fellow come out to tell me that he can’t replace the exact door and cannot replace the track to heavy duty —- the issue is that he had no answers and had to call his office to get answers. If that were the case - who ever he spoke to in the office should have spoken directly to me at the time of my original call to figure out that they could not replace with the same exact door.... I assume they wanted to push whatever door manufacturer they wanted to, not realizing that we have another garage door to match.

A few years ago, I had a spring break on my door and had Precision come out to make repairs. They not only fixed the spring, they updated all of my hardware. Recently my garage door opener went out and I remembered how pleased I was with Precision and I called them. The lady taking my order was so nice and Danny, the technician who came out was so polite and thorough. Couldn't be happier with the work done. The new opener is very quiet and the installation was flawless. Thanks so much!
