Shane was my technician. He called in advance to say he was 25 minutes away. Arrived and assessed the situation. Gave me an estimate. The job was more than I anticipated. Shane spoke with his Boss and they were able to find a discount that I was eligible for. We agreed on the price, and Shane went to work. He told me it would take roughly 2 hours. Around 2 hours later he was done. He took time to explain everything related to my new garage doors, openers and remote app. A job well done. I would reccomend Shane and Precision to anyone who needs help with their garage doors.

Second time I called Precision Glass for an emergency and they come the following day and fix the garage door the same day no matter what the problem was. Service is fast. Technician are professional, kind and knowledgeable. Kelvin was so nice! He did a great job when I thought it was going to take a week for parts. He did everything same day in freezing temperatures. Rapid response! I called late afternoon on Tuesday and Tyler promptly scheduled service call for 10 am next day or earlier if I were agreeable. Technician Ryan called at 8 am and arrived promptly. He pleasantly and professionally reviewed all my options. In under two hours 30 year Genie was replaced and door was fully and safely operational. I am thoroughly satisfied with their responsiveness and reliability.

My experience with your company has been excellent from booking the appointment online, to the arrival of John Fusco. Thinking we were going to have a major repair on our hands, John went over a number of options and gave us several estimates based on different levels of repair. It was determined it would just need the replacement of a couple of parts, and the door would be up and running in a short amount of time. From there, he completed the job and stayed within the estimate he gave us. We tested the door to make sure everything worked properly and our problem was solved. Many thanks.
