The fast response that Precision Door Service provided was greatly appreciated. The broken spring was replaced the same day that I contacted them. The office called me several times to let me know how their schedule was going and when they would arrive. Their Technician Israel called me when he was on his way to my house. He had all the parts and tools to perform the repair. He reviewed with me what had to be replaced and suggested other parts that were worn and should be replaced only if I wanted to. Israel was very nice and explained everything that he was doing to make my garage door work perfectly. After finishing the repair on the door that needed to be fixed, he lubricated the tracks and rollers on the other garage door to keep it in good working condition. I was very pleased Israel's competence and personality. Everything was clean and neat when he left. I am recommending Precision Door Service to my friends and to anyone who needs this service.

Shane Fazal did an excellent job of handling my garage door problems. He arrived early, was very polite, helpful + knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, gave me my options and his recommendations, and removed and installed the new equipment expertly, quickly, efficiently and tidily. He explained how to programme and use all the equipment and made sure I understood and was comfortable with everything before he left. Everything came out great!
