I chose Precision, from ads I saw on the internet. Although I didn't purchase my door from Precision, I didn't want to use the original company to repair what they installed initially. It was a horror show from the beginning! I was fed up with their tardiness and lack of professionalism and excuses. Anyway, I called Precision and made an appointment. They got back to me in less than an a half hour and scheduled me for later that day, then called me back to let me know they would be here in 25 minutes. Dave the mechanic showed up on time, reviewed my problem, gave me an estimate and proceeded to fix the problem! Although fixed, he suggested some additional work that would prevent the problem from reoccurring. Dave was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous! I would have him back anytime, in fact, I insist he be my personal "garage door Mechanic!"

Doug was here today putting in my garage door and my garage door opener and he was actually early and he was very conscious to continue working straight through until he finished and my garage door looks absolutely beautiful and my garage door doesn't make any noise and it's very quiet the opener like they told me so so far I am very happy with my door and Doug was a pleasure to have at my home

Another very good experience with Precision. Attempts by phone to schedule were not so successful. The online scheduling worked much better. Good text contact to remind of upcoming appointment.... Technician George (second time at our house) was on time. Extremely pleasant, courteous and professional. Explained everything very well.... And of course made the repairs without issue. He is a credit to the Company.... Took away a start because it felt like we spent an awful lot on what was the second repair in less than two years...

The response time from when I called was teriffic. George Albert was our technician and he was great. My dad is 91 and I was dealing with this while at work. George kept in touch with me and explained what needed to be done. He presented 3 options to choose from and fully explained each one.
