Currently I'm completing my bachelor's degree at Farmingdale State College. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, producing music, and snowboarding/skateboarding. I just used Precision for the first time. From the initial phone call to schedule a repair, to the actual repair that was completed, I have nothing but good things to say. The technicians that performed the work, John and Issac, were friendly and professional. There was no pressure to spend extra money on things that were not necessary. I called on a Thursday and got an appointment for the following Saturday morning. The phone operator was professional and courteous. I got texts alerting me about my appointment time the day before and the day of. I also got a text telling me that my technician was on his way(early in the window of appt. time). The text also included a brief bio of my technician! My technician was John-Aaron. He was on time, professionally dressed, clean and neat. His truck was also clean and organized. John-Aaron was also professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He diagnosed the problem and gave me several options to work within my budget, even calling his boss to get permission. His boss and he were able to provide more than I expected at the right price. Once that was settled, John-Aaron got to work. He was quick and efficient, and an excellent communicator about everything he was doing. I had never heard of Precision Door but now I won’t call anyone else in the future.

Called Precision after seeing their promotion in a ValuePak mailer My garage door opener and remotes were not working properly and needed replacement. The initial call w Beth was courteous and professional and provided a quick scheduling appt. the technician John-Aaron called in advance was on time and followed COVID protocols.
