I needed 2 replacement springs for my garage door and the tech (Danny) took a look and gave me an initial quote of, get this, $1,200!! I was going to send him away but I let him explain what was included and what an alternate price was. He had a bare minimum price of $640 which was still way too high but I was in a bind because I could not open the door without springs and my car was in garage. I reluctantly agreed and the work done was fine (took about 40 minutes) but I’m so upset that I spent that much money unnecessarily. I checked YouTube and it is a very easy job to do yourself and I ordered from Amazon two140 lb springs and four 3 inch pulleys ( total cost $65) for the other door which I will do myself when I have a free hour.

Yesterday I had a tech come to check why our motorized garage door opener wasn't working properly. I had 2 springs, pulleys and cables replaced at 1/2 hour of work for $1000+. My spouse came home and said he used the same company in 2019 and paid $1200 for a whole new system installation at his office. I emailed for further explanation regarding the excessive pricing. They responded that they would call by the days end but no one did.

The garage technician was precise and finished within 20 minutes. The downside overpriced! I was shocked it cost over $800 just to replace garage springs, wheel rollers and to connect two Cable‘s. And one cable for “safety”. Maybe I should get a job with you guys?

Technician Robert was excellent! However unhappy with the pricing. Completely overcharged after doing some research Unfortunately had no choice, needed the garage door operational ASAP as my wife is a teacher and needs her vehicle. Couldn’t do the repair myself as I have a back injury

We are customers who have spent a lot of money to get our garage doors / motors fixed by your company in the recent past.(please check our past records). We called for one roller that came out of track. Additionally there was a broken windowpane glass . Your technician wanted us to replace entire door as well ( amount would be in excess of $1500) and would not assist us with broken pane repair . After replacing all parts which I don’t even think was necessary the total bill was $750 and we still have a broken pane. We are very dissapointed with the service .

They came quickly and all the communication was an A+. He unplugged the box and plugged it back in and it worked. Not sure if he tried to do it a few times but within an hour the door wouldn’t open. I called and asked to schedule a follow up to replace the box and asked the the initial fee for the visit be waived or included in the repair price(quoted $850 on phone) Client service person said she couldn’t approve it and would have someone call. 4 days later no call so I scheduled with another company for $650.

From the person that answered the phone to the installers all employees were very polite and professional. However, since I did some research on the parts I needed I was absolutely shocked at what I was charged. The work was good but I really don’t think it was a good value. I should’ve gotten an estimate first, my bad. That will never happen again
