The service and tech ( Jessie) were excellent great follow through and communication. Jessie gave me 3 price options and I was stunned!!! I took the middle which was what I thought way over the top. I priced springs and cable and the price I paid was way way over the top. Happy with service but I feel like I was ripped off.

Job was done well but price was a rip off - several other quotes I got were half the amount. Their first quote was a joke. I just wanted to get it done so paid the price. They clearly don't need referrals or repeat business Ed

Service technician was extremely professional and very kind. Arrived at the promised time and gave us three options for the repair. Once selected the repair was completed in minutes. Therein lies the reason for a 3 star and not a 5 star rating. The repair took less than 10 minutes with tree basic parts and yet the bill was over $500. Just felt this was a little expensive for such a repair.

The repair man kept saying my door did not fall and we weren’t speaking the truth. I am extremely insulted by this as this was an installation issue which the previous repair man said was absolutely a problem.

One of my garage door springs broke. I was initially quoted to have the 2 springs replaced for $ 253.10 with $50.00 off as per your Valpak flyer. I'm a senior citizen but as per Andre, only one discount can be honored. Then apparently, Andre said these springs he initially brought are smaller. He changed these with bigger springs costing $179 each. This time my bill went up to $409.52, a difference of $156.42 from the previous quote. Yes, I agreed to have this done since he was already there and that's all he did, just plainly changed the springs. I remember, 5 years ago, these springs were replaced by another company, tune up was done, pulleys, rollers and cables replaced for a total of $299.00. Now I'm wondering, was the plain springs replacement for $409.52 with already the $50.00 discount reasonable for a senior citizen?

Serviceman Rob Weber was prompt, friendly, and proficient. Door is working very well now. I just feel that the cost(713.00) was little pricy for a keypad, remotes and changing springs and rollers. I wanted the work done and didn't haggle with the price because I don't have the time to get other estimates. I would be hesitant to use your company again unless I saw other estimates justifying your prices.

Your service was truly as advertised, you paid attention to every detail. My only concern was that I researched the price of the opener you installed and found it could be purchased on average for 250.00... The installation tok about 90 minutes, and the total charge was 650.00.... So, you basically charged me 400.00 for 90 minutes labor. Now, I know you are in business to make money, I just felt that is a little over the top. Other than that, I am happy with your technician, and his professionalism

My local guy seems to have gone out of business and you folks are everywhere so I chose you. The tech was a nice guy and he did nice work (we’ll see as time goes by) but the price $$ was a real hustle. Not even close to a fair price for what I had done - oh well.

I was disappointed in the repair service. The door is about 3 years old. When the tech came to assess the problem I needed a lower panel (white). He told me he would put a rush on the order & would take a week. The price would be $500. No consideration about a partial warranty discount. $500!!!!!!! I paid him $300w/$150 left upon comp. The garage door acts as the front door to our home & he left the door closed & couldn't be opened, (problem). After a week I called and was told that parts come on a truck once maybe twice a week. The women told me on a Tuesday after 1 week that the part was not in and didn't expect it for another week. that led up to the labor day weekend. When the techs came this morning & fixed it finally, They told me the balance was $297!!!!! I don't recall what the new door was, but this was outrageous. Your product is good but this service experience was awful. The techs were good today. Terrible.

Tom & crew did a good job. I was a bit surprised @ the invoice total though - quote given should reflect full cost or make it clear that bet and other costs likely. Also, it would be a nice courtesy to also re-program car remotes. Not a big deal but good customer service.

Tech called ahead of time to tell me he was on his way. He performed his inspection and reviewed what he found with me in a way that I understood. He then presented me with options of repair so I could choose what I wanted to be done. All the work was done to my satisfaction and the tech was very good. I will definitely call Precision again. The only inconvenience was that the weather stripping was not on his truck and he had to return the next day to install it.

Thank you for all of the nice words. I am sorry the tech did not have the weather stripping on the truck. He does usually carry these materials with him and should be able to complete the job that day. I am glad we were able to return and complete the job to your satisfaction the next day.
