Isaac has lived in Freeport all his life. As an avid musician, he plays the electric guitar, trumpet, tuba and trombone (just to name a few). Isaac likes his job becuase it requires critical thinking. When he's not solving garage door problems, he likes to play board games, spend time with his family, and watch thriller movies. Isaac also loves to play sports and plays football every other week with his friends.

I called and they came immediately. Company uses a great text message app where they share locations prior to arrival. Workers assessed the issue quickly, fixed the problem, had all supplies with them on the truck, and were done within 1 hour. Would recommend. Wish all repair companies worked this way!

Great job done by Precision Garage Door. One of our garage doors simply stopped opening and we needed emergency repair. It was quick and easy to make an appointment. The repair technician showed up on time the very next day and was courteous and knowledgeable. He spotted the problem right away and thoroughly explained it to us. He prepared a 3 part cost estimate for repairs that gave us options to choose additional preventative maintenance, if desired. The job was completed in just a few hours and now our garage doors open and shut more smoothly than ever! We would highly recommend Precision Garage Door and we will definitely call them again if we need garage door repairs.

I chose Precision based on positive reviews this company has received. Isaac was the mechanic that came to my house, reviewed my system and gave me a clear understanding and recommendation as to what was needed to get my garage doors working properly again. Afterall, they were only 30 years old, so obviously needed upgrading was necessary. Doors were good, but I needed new motors, cables, springs and rollers. Now everything working silky smooth and quiet. Thank you Isaac for doing a great job. So, do I recommend precision? Absolutely!

I was having problems with my garage door and made an appointment with Precision to come take a look and repair if necessary. Isaac arrived exactly on-time and examined my door and components. He explained everything in great detail and presented me with options of how much I wanted done. Isaac made the repairs quickly and efficiently after we agreed what needed to be done, and I appreciated that he didn't try to "upsell" me on anything I didn't need. I was also very impressed with Precision's communications -- before, during and after the process -- perhaps the best from any company I have experienced recently. From the moment I called Precision Garage Door, they were friendly, courteous and efficient. I made an appointment for the next day and a confirmation was sent to my email immediately. The technician (Isaac) called to say that he was on his way. He arrived right on time. He checked out my garage door and the lift unit that was inoperative. He then gave me several options as to what could be done without being "pushy". He installed a new unit, added the extra entrance buttons that I requested and explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand.
