I also liked that they offered 24/7 availability and that i would be speaking with a live person. After making the initial call, i was able to make an appointment for the next day. The day of the service call I received text confirmation and also a picture and short bio on the technician coming. Israel Hixson was courteous and professional. we walked througjht the process of the repair and I ended up purchasing a new garage door. The whole process went quite smoothly.Precision met my expectations and then some. Detailed and thorough service with a smile. Now I am just waiting for my new door to be installed once the ordering process has been completed.

Also the company’s 10 year warranty parts 5 year labor policy is a surprised gift for me. When I called for service and was very glad to know my garage door is still under warranty. We were very pleased with the technician Israel. Cost was more than we expected but we felt confident that all recommended parts were needed. I trust that should anything go wrong your company will stand by your work. Again Israel was pleasant, courteous and very knowledgeable. He made sure everything was working as it should. I would rate precision as five star. I may need new rubber on bottoms of doors but did not want to add to cost at this time.

Price was right, work was done right. Israel did great installation job of new lift engine and springs. Very friendly, easy to work with, explained it all, and didn’t mind me watching and learning ( I usually am a do it yourself guy). Would recommend to others. Wore mask even tho vaccinated, which is great policy.

I called Precision on a Wednesday and on Thursday I had a new garage door opener. My installer, Israel was knowledgeable, courteous and explained everything. The work was performed immediately and care was taken to leave no debris. Israel helped to program the phone app and answered all my questions and concerns. He asked several times about any other information he could provide. I will continue to use precision door and will recommend the company.
