The company installed my garage door opener several years ago. Today when i closed the door the spring came down and the door would not open. I called the company about 100 on a Sunday afternoon. The person who answered the phone was very pleasant and helpful and was able to arrange for a technician to come in the afternoon, and he was there in fact within about 40 minutes of the time i made the call. The technician, Lewis Rodriguez, was very professional and also friendly and efficient. The door was fixed within 30 minutes.

Precision Overhead Garage Door Service technician Lewis Rodriguez serviced a garage door at my home that was binding, at times would not close and was very noisy. He completely replaced all moving parts and adjusted the door so that it now closes smoothly and quietly. Lewis prior to completing the work on the door provided a detailed explanation of the proposed work and parts needed to repair the door as well as the cost of the work to be done. Call for an appointment and they were able to schedule an appointment for the same day. Lewis fixed my issues with my garage door. My garage door is so quiet when it opens now. It has never worked this well. Lewis was great and made sure I understood what needed to be done and made sure everything worked to perfection before leaving.
