Lewis grew up in Long Island and currently lives in Brentwood with his dog, Chico. He went to Brentwood High School and Suffolk Community College. His hobbies include bowling and watching football. One of Lewis’ skills is that he is very good with computers. In his spare time, he likes to read. Lewis is most excited about helping people and seeing all the different areas of Long Island. I called Precision when my garage door started opening and closing on its own ….the Technician Lewis came the same day ….he was very professional and courteous…turned out my Liftmaster opener was over 20 years old and it was time for a new one. He did a great job installing it and going over all its functions with me. Very happy that I chose Precision for this project…..I highly recommend them and their Technician Lewis.

I’m very pleased with the service I received from Precision Garage Door today. Lewis R., the technician, was professional, clear, and honest about my budgetary options for replacing my outdated garage opener, motor, sensors, and more. He worked quickly and efficiently, arriving with all the necessary parts for the job—something I wish more service companies would do to avoid unnecessary follow-up visits. Lewis was my technician who replaced my garage door opener after inspecting my current opener which was 20 years old. I opted to replace the opener with the newest one and he was fantastic with the entire installation. He arrived on time and did a thorough job, explained everything clearly to me and helped me set up the App on my phone. He made sure I understood everything and left the place clean. I called the office number to get a general idea of how much the service was going to cost. The gentleman I spoke to gave me a range over the phone. I book my appointment and the bill was more than double what the range was given to me over the phone. The tech was on time. He was missing some pieces on his truck so he made due with what he had on hand at the time. The most appalling part of the whole visit was the 3 quotes he gave me on his tablet. I just wanted my garage door to work again. I had already took the day off of work so the work could be done but I certainly would think twice about using this company again.
