I chose Precision, from ads I saw on the internet. Although I didn't purchase my door from Precision, I didn't want to use the original company to repair what they installed initially. It was a horror show from the beginning! I was fed up with their tardiness and lack of professionalism and excuses. Anyway, I called Precision and made an appointment. They got back to me in less than an a half hour and scheduled me for later that day, then called me back to let me know they would be here in 25 minutes. Dave the mechanic showed up on time, reviewed my problem, gave me an estimate and proceeded to fix the problem! Although fixed, he suggested some additional work that would prevent the problem from reoccurring. Dave was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous! I would have him back anytime, in fact, I insist he be my personal "garage door Mechanic!"

These people are amazing!! Called on Sunday at 8:15 in the morning and the repair technician called back within 15 minutes and was her less than half an hour later!!! David called when he was 30 min out as promised. I used a Value Pak coupon for the $79.95 tune-up special. David lubricated the tracks and adjusted the closing of the door. He also inspected the motor. Highly recommend! Very personable and informative!

We had a new garage door installed some 8 years ago and it has preformed well , but recently one of the cables that attach to the handle/lock wore out and became detached. Taking advantage of a free service call email that I received, I made an appointment to get it fixed. The technician was very nice and fixed the problem quickly. I was quite taken back by the cost of the repair….over $300 To replace the cable and make a slight adjustment to the tension on one side…. The repair took less than an hour. Overall I was happy with the service but not with the cost

We were very pleased with the work of David Gomez. Our garage door would come down 2 feet and then reverse itself, leaving the entire contents of our garage exposed.
