Hello, my name is John-Aaron. I was born and raised in North Carolina and moved to Long Island NY when I was 14. I am a Wantagh high school graduate. Currently I'm completing my bachelor's degree at Farmingdale State College. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, producing music, and snowboarding/skateboarding. I enjoy my job and the customers I work with.

We had a garage door service emergency one night (our car and our garage door had an unfortunate meeting...) that needed to be resolved the next morning, as we were literally moving overseas the next day and the repair needed to be done before the new owners took possession of the house. Kelly, in the office, worked with us to make sure the repairs were done on time, and John, the technician, did a fabulous and cost-effective repair. I highly recommend this company!

`First time using Precision Door Service based on online reviews. Such professional staff from the office worker who answered the phone to the technician that came to my house. In 2019 Jesse Cole did a great job replacing a broken spring and today John Hixson did a remarkable job not just replacing broken brackets supporting a spring, but repairing my garage door (which split in multiple spots when the brackets snapped) and placing metal support plates…very appreciative to not need a new garage door. Thank you John !
