Hello, my name is John-Aaron. I was born and raised in North Carolina and moved to Long Island NY when I was 14. I am a Wantagh high school graduate. Currently I'm completing my bachelor's degree at Farmingdale State College. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, producing music, and snowboarding/skateboarding. Had an issue with my garage door, call them at about 430 on Wednesday and they had a technician to my house the next day and a convenient time for me. The technician John Aaron was amazing. Super knowledgeable and was able to accommodate my needs. Very impressed!!

My wife and I were very impressed by the service technician. We were sort of embarrassed since we could not engage the door again after we had to pull the lever to open the door manually due to a power outage. The serviceTechnician just told us to pull back on the rope handle and then press the button... to our chagrin the door was engaged... John did explain to us as a courtesy with the service call he would perform a review of the door and see if there were any problem spots. He did advise us of the problems that we may incur with the door in the future if we did not attend to them. So we decided to take his advise and have those issues fixed Thank you John for your avise and expertise

Springs busted at 10pm on Wed night. Was able to call a 24 hr hotline and schedule an appointment the next day. Door was fixed by 230pm on Thursday. Fast, friendly and reliable. Warranty the new parts for 10 years. Look no further for install or repairs

I called Precision to repair my garage door opener. Precision is a company that is run correctly. Very professional. I was notified by text confirming my appt. On the day of my appt. I received a text with the technician's name and photo. My wife was home during the repair. I was not, but she informed me that our technician, John Aaron Hixson was very professional and nice. The motor of my old garage door was burned out, so John was able to replace it that day. He also had all the materials to replace my old worn out rollers which were making the door run rough and probably caused the old motor to burn out. The new set up works great. The door runs smoother than it has ever run and very quiet. The only negative thing I can say about the whole situation is that it was a very pricey fix. I never expected it to cost that much money, but the job was done correctly and that is the bottom line. I would rather pay more money and have it done right than pay less and have a job done wrong.
