Very pleased with the service and product. Robert did an excellant job and explained everything he was going to do and my options. I initially was only going to have the one door openner replaced. But after seeing how well Robert installed the new Lift Master openner I decided to have the other openner replaced as well. Robert is coming back next Friday to install the other openner for me.

An absolute great experience from start to finish. Needed my garage door fixed and decided to give them a call. I set up an appointment for Saturday morning. 30 minutes later I got a call back saying a technician would be in the area and could stop by later in the day. The company kept me up to date on the status of the technician and the time frame when he would arrive. The tech Robert W called me when he was on his way. Upon arrival Robert diagnosed the issue and gave me a complete run down of things that needed an immediate fix and other things that could wait. Robert then broke down what each repair would entail and what parts would be used. He then presented me with three price options and explained each one. After choosing my option Robert quickly fixed the issues and the garage door was like new again. From making the appointment with the main office to the tech completing the job you can tell the company and it’s workers value thier work and customers. Precision is a notch company with top notch customer service and work. I would highly recommend them to anyone with garage door needs.

Extremely impressed with Precision Door Service. Really one of the better experiences I've had dealing with any company from a customer service standpoint. Easy appointment setting, great communication, Rob our experienced technician arrived on time and quickly replaced our old and installed 2 new garage door openers. Job was done well and they work perfectly. Installation pricing was very fair as well. We're considering new doors perhaps next Spring and now we know there's no place else to look - as we're very happy with the service we received! Highly recommended!

A totally professional and caring company from the office staff and technicians-who are extremely knowledgeable as was Mr. Robert Weber who took care of a serious weatherstripping flooding problem with our garage door. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants fast and competent troubleshooting-and they even trek out to Montauk!
