Garage door spring broke Sunday evening. Thankfully precision door was open and accepting calls. In short order I got an appointment for Monday morning when Isaac came, walked me through the issue / repair process and ultimately replaced the broken parts. Israel exceeded our expectations. He was very courteous and answered all our questions. Even though he was late due to unforeseen circumstances he kept us informed as to his approximate arrival time. And believe me, I understand lateness. You start a project and think it will take a half hour and two hours later you still are not done. Well, anyway everything went along without any problems and he seemed to have worked in record time. He installed a new door opener and his clean up was perfect.
