We needed some repairs to our garage doors after having a new driveway installed. Precision was easy to reach and I had a prompt appointment date set immediately. On the day of the appointment the technician kept me informed as to his arrival time. He was polite and knowledgeable. He prepared an estimate and explained all details. His work was top notch and I am extremely pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend.

The technician, Danny Salas, that came to fix my problem with my garage door was very kind and very thorough with his diagnosis and remedy of the issue. Three times I’ve used Precision Garage Door - 2 times in LI and one time in NC. Where possible, I endeavor to work with companies who specialize in their craft - that now includes garage doors. In all three instances, these guys have REALLY known their stuff and I’ve enjoyed a very positive experience across the board. As per the usual, I received a reminder the day before my appointment, which was helpful since I admittedly forget about it. Also per the usual, I received proactive updates on timing and a bio the technician prior to arrival. John was our guy today - he was professional, knowledgeable and clear in his communication - top grades in my view. My house in NC will need new springs in a year or so and I fully plan to use Precision for the job.

Excellent experience overall from making making appointment to actual service. The technician Lewis Rodriguez was on time knowledgeable and explained what was needed then provided the service to fix the problem. Very courteous and would highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs.

My experience with Precision Garage Door Company was nothing short of 5 Star! The salesperson Andrew, was very helpful and patient. He spent a good amount of time showing me different options and pictures of different style doors. Pricing was competitive and installation was scheduled in a timely manner. On the day of installation, the technicians, Greg and Jeff called to say they were on their way, and arrived promptly. They were both polite and knowledgeable. They took their time to make sure the job was done correctly and my garage door looks great. I highly recommend Precision!

He did not push for the big sale - only made sure I was making the most informed decision. thank you for the new garage door opener. We had two new garage doors installed back in 2021 when we bought our new house, and finally one of the openers failed. It was from 2000, so 25 years it didn't owe us anything. Israel installed and explained all options and within two hours job finished, great and clean. Opener is quiet compared to the old Craftsman. See you guys when the other opener fails.
