My experience with Precision Garage Door Company was nothing short of 5 Star! The salesperson Andrew, was very helpful and patient. He spent a good amount of time showing me different options and pictures of different style doors. Pricing was competitive and installation was scheduled in a timely manner. On the day of installation, the technicians, Greg and Jeff called to say they were on their way, and arrived promptly. They were both polite and knowledgeable. They took their time to make sure the job was done correctly and my garage door looks great. I highly recommend Precision!

I received exceptional service from start to finish in purchasing our new garage door. Our sales representative Andrew was so informative and made the whole purchase process easy. I haven’t experienced a better company at communicating throughout the whole process. Our installers Greg and Jeff were very courteous, knowledgeable and did a clean and perfect install. When done they took the time to explain the work done and how to use the key release to disengage our door opener if needed. I first used Precision to fix my old door years ago and returned to them to purchase a new door because of the excellent experience with their repair services. Their pricing was definitely reasonable and I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a garage door repair or is looking to purchase a new door.

My elderly parents garage door needed to be replaced. A few years ago I needed to replace my electric garage door opener and I would get Precision coupons in the mail periodically. I called Precision and had a very good experience with them installing my garage door opener. So, I called Precision to give my parents a quote on a new garage door. Mike Chwalek, a Precision Technician came to my parents and took measurements and sat down with them and myself as I was handling this. Mike was a very professional and knowledgeable man and explained the whole process of ordering the garage door. Mike gave me his cell phone number in case I had any questions. I did text him a few times and he returned my text with a phone call and text. He answered all the questions I had. I could not be any happier with how Mike helped us. The Technician Greg Rambadadt and his assistant came an installed the garage door. They both were very professional, cleaned and took old garage door with them. It took them about 3 hours to install the door. We were very pleased with the whole overall process and installation on the garage door. We will highly recommend Precision to anyone we know who needs work or needs garage doors or openers.

I had several questions that were answered with details that provided me with greater understanding of why certain procedures were followed and why various parts were utilized. Your workers were beyond courteous & professional. They were great! Your company on the other hand... leaves much to be desired. They been back to my house 3x for a garage door that is under a year old. Scheduling was horrrendous. They say between 12-2, then send confirmation email saying 2 & up to 4 hrs after! Had to reschedule first appt. due to fact weren’t at house by 2. Second appt. didn’t get there until 2:15, again not workers fault, scheduling department (I figured since they screwed up 1st appt., maybe they would put me first or at least make sure to get to my home before 2... nope). Screws on my less than year old door are rusty, all 12. If I waited any longer would be rust marks all down front of it. Flat piece behind handle is warped, cheap material (plastic on $2k door). Unbelievable! Again people in customer service were very nice and professional, just cheap material and scheduling just a mess. Don’t know how this business stays open.

I had the pleasure of working with Manager Vinny, Israel and Greg! To be honest, I called as a follow up with an issue that seemed connected to an original repair which turned out to be a separate issue but...not only did Vinny respond to me immediately to research the matter, he happened to be in the area and took time to personally come to my residence and view the problem. He scheduled a team, Greg and Israel to follow up the next day. They arrived when they said they would. They were polite, friendly, happy, professional and performed a quality job in a timely manner! It was a pleasure to work with them all and nice to see that there are people out there that still take their work seriously. I definitely recommend Precision!
