My garage door was not closing. The company sent Shane quickly after I called the same day. Shane explained that my opener was extremely old and even if possible made no sense to repair. He then examined my garage door which also was old and determined that the door was in great shape but needed springs and other parts replaced. He spoke to management and got me a significantly reduced price for all the work he recommended and completed professionally and walked me through the technology. Great job Shane.

My garage door opener broke and I had no springs hooked up to the door any longer. Called and they showed up within a few hours. Installed new springs, pulleys, cables, and rollers. Door works perfectly now and due to the strain relief on the opener unit it was able to function again as well.

Our garage door mechanics broke yesterday afternoon, we were unable to open or close the door. We called Precision right away and they immediately scheduled a visit for today. Ryan our technician arrived on time with multiple texts to us to notify us of his arrival time. Ryan could not have been more professional. He quickly and efficiently replaced our motor and installed a state of the art new system for us. Ryan was amazing. Thank you for your prompt service. We will most definitely use you again if we ever need garage door repairs.

I called Precision Door as I had a slight emergency with my garage door and honestly I was taken back with the ease and professionalism of the representative who booked my appointment My technician was John who was a total professional, knowledgeable and honest. He assessed the situation and explained the problem or potential problems and gave me 3 estimates for different stages of services and at no time was there any pressure to sell me the higher service which honestly impressed me . His work was clean and he took his time to make sure it was done right and that I was satisfied. I would highly recommend Precision Door and if you do or request John and as they may be slightly higher then others the professionalism, honesty, on time appointments and the overall work they performs makes it all worth it

Service tech arrived on schedule. Inspected the garage door and proceeded to measure and replace rubber seal on bottom of door. Commented on after inspecting door hinges and rollers. Recommended grease type lube for rollers and pulleys. John, the service tech, was very informative, courteous, and professional. He then explained we would have push hard down on the garage door with the new seal. I will inform friends about John and how professional he was.

The service appointment and communication before and after the appointment were excellent. The $150 trip visit and $299 minimum service charge for a fix that required straightening a bolt seems excessive.

Precision installed my garage door opener last year, and did a great job. Today I couldn't get the door to stay closed, it kept opening. After a quick call, a technician, Israel, was here within the hour, made a quick reset, and resolved the problem. There was no charge! I would not hesitate to use this company for any garage door or opener repairs or installations. They are extremely professional and reliable.

These guys are amazing! From scheduling to Rob the Manager checking in on progress, down to ultimately Albert who did the actual working was all smooth, professional, and highly skilled. I changed my springs, rollers, cables. and found out my door did not even have safety cables which they installed! Additionally, my door needed a little work which they comped. I could not be happier with this service, I almost thought I needed new doors, but they fixed everything!!!!

I chose Precision Door Service based on the reviews on-line. I’m sure glad I did. They were beyond my expectations. The technician Ryan arrived on time, was knowledgeable and found the problem with the exiting garage door opener immediately. Ryan went above & beyond explaining our options to us and installed a new motor in no time. He was professional, courteous, and skillful. He took the time to answer any questions we had. The technician, Nick, was great. He fixed the problem and was very courteous and professional. I was very happy with his service and the job he did. Prices were a little outrageous. He was able to help get 10% off the original cost but if I had time to shop around more I would have. We didn’t need any parts for our repair and paid $450 (with the discount) for about an hour and a half of labor.
