I picked your company because of the reviews, ratings and credentials. It was a very positive experience. I did have a problem about two weeks later with it not closing. I called and two hours later Brian was here to correct the problem. I was very impressed with that prompt service. He spent extra time with me answering my many questions and then gave me a tutorial on the workings of the door - which was wonderful.

Then, the installers Brian and Greg came with my quiet, new garage door. They removed the old door and motor quickly, and they answered all my questions. They were neat, cleaned up, and I am thrilled with my new garage door.

The 2 men that installed our doors were prompt and polite. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The hardware for the front of the doors wasn't on their truck. However they came back a couple of days later to complete that. Once again, they called ahead to let me know when they would arrive and were prompt and courteous.

I came across Precision Garage Doors from a Google search. I submitted an inquiry and was contacted within 24 hours. Tom came to give me an estimate within 2 days of my contact with the company. He was knowledagble and personable. After meeting with him my decision was easy. Theresa, from the office was wonderful to deal with The company was quick to accommodate my time frame. The overall process was extremely easy and hassle free. I'm a very busy guy and did not have time to constantly check up on the status and progress. I made an appointment and the manager called to discuss all the options and scheduled an inspection. Once all was set and done, within 4 days my doors were installed. The installation was professional, clean and perfect. Very happy with the turnout and product quality.

So had our new garage door and opener installed today by Greg Rambadadt. Similar to the tech who came by with the original estimate, Tom J., Greg was pleasant, efficient and did a great job of installing the new equipment. Every thing looks great, and the clean-up of all old material was excellent as well. Our experience with Precision was topnotch! I'd recommend the company to anyone who asks.
