Danny was born and raised in the Dominican Republic. At the age of 20 he decided to move to New York to have a better future in life. He graduated from Career Institute of Health & Technology getting an Automotive Tech diploma. He likes to help people out, but beside that, he loves to play piano and produce electronic dance music. His goals for Precision are to make customers happy and for them to be 100% satisfied with his services.

The track for my garage door pulled away from the wall on one side. While I could get in and out of the garage carefully it needed to be fixed. Twenty years ago I probably could have fixed it myself but at my age the wasn't happening. Called Precision and they showed up the next day - Danny. The work was quick and the door works better than it has in a long time. Danny explained what he did, made some suggestions for going forward. The work was well worth the price. Would heartily recommend Precision to everyone.

Danny, your technician was excellent however the price for what he felt needed to be done was exorbitant. Your 3” pulleys were way overpriced and I was able to pick up 4 heavy duty for less than $20. I can swap those out myself and save hundreds.

Danny the service technician fixed our garage door spring and explained the whole lift master garage door opener to us, I had this garage door and opener installed by another local company and was not pleased with their service so I decided to called Precision and couldn’t be more happier! I went with Precision because of their great reviews. I was able to get a timely appointment and their communication from first call to completion was excellent. Danny (the installer) was great. He went over all options for the new opener as well as explained about the other moving parts that needed work. He answered all questions and I never felt rushed or pressured. Overall great service and I am very happy with the product.

I chose Precision based on the ratings on google. They did not disappoint. After reading the reviews I was hoping to get Dan and fortunately I did. He showed up on time (which in this day in age is surprising and refreshing) he answered all my questions. I thought the price was a bit steep but after having an open and honest conversation with him I felt comfortable with the price (you get what you pay for. He gave me cheaper options and explained I definitely could pay less by going else where but the quality of the product is also inferior to what I would be getting. He did it in a no pressure way, just two guys shooting the ...... which I appreciated.) He installed the motor in a timely manner and answered more of my questions after everything was installed. I appreciated the fact that we have the same philosophy, "Do the job as if it is your own house." Dan was great and I love all the lifetime warranties I get on the motor and LED light. Elaine from Precision was gracious, quick, clear and very helpful. She scheduled a repairman while I was on the phone and was assured that Danny would be at my home before 4:00 that afternoon. Danny called 30 minutes before he showed up at 2:15 and by 3:30 my garage door was repaired and fully functional. Replaced rusted and frayed cables also. My door will work for another 10 years! Work is guaranteed for 5 years.
