George grew up in Valley Stream and currently lives in Wantagh. He graduated from Hofstra Univeristy with a bachelor's degree in English and a minor in Public Relations. In his spare time, George enjoys going for walks with his Shih Tzu, Louis, working out, hanging out with friends, and playing guitar. He is a fan of the NY Jets and NY Islanders. Prior to working at Precision, he worked as a carpenter.

We are already customers, and I hit the wrong digit on the keypad so I was unable to access the garage through the keypad. I was able to access the garage through the remote, but my husband uses the keypad. You sent George to come and reset the keypad and he also advised that our rollers were looking worn. I told him to go ahead and replace the rollers, which he did. I was very happy with the work that George did and he was on time and very respectful. You have a wonderful worker with George and you should be very proud!

I found about Precision Overhead Garage Service while searching the web. I was able to make a next day appointment right from their website. They provided timely updates on when and who would be my repair/installer. The service was outstanding. George Albert was the installer and he provided very professional and courteous service. George showed me all options of garage door openers available along with the features each came with. This allowed me to make an informed decision. George then took the time to show me how to operate and use the features of the new opener along with the mobile app functions. I was very impressed with the level of service this company and George provided!

He came early , explained all the options in detail and then took care of what needed to be done! The whole job took about 30 minutes and it was an easy and pleasant experience! The price was fair with warranty included. I would highly recommend this business as they apparently hire quality people!

I chose Precision based on favorable reviews on the NextDoor site. My garage door opening mechanisms needed replacing. Precision confirmed the appt. online and I also received a call before the appt. to let me know the repairman was on his way. The young man came at the time we had agreed on, and after explaining what needed to be done, the repairs were made in about 1/2 hr. He was very pleasant and professional. Definitely would recommend this company!

Technicians, George and Isaac were excellent. My door issues were fixed in a timely manner. George took his time to explain how the use the equipment and how to avoid unnecessary problems. Any questions I asked he explained it to me. I’m happy and satisfied and will recommend it further. They installed new rollers and a keypad. Thank you
