In a world that has been dumbed down, when incompetence is widespread, almost expected, it was so good to come across Tom Brill and his associate. These guys reflect well on your company, they made everything clear and understandable, professional to the max (and just nice to deal with on a personal level.) Your e-mails and texts also reflect excellent customer service that should also be noted. I told the guys the original installation of the whole unit was $350 in '07, so I was a bit surprised by the cost of repairs. But I am a dinosaur, sorry, coffee should be no more than 50 cents. Great job Doug, thanks for great service. Best, JM

Our garage door was locked in the closed position and with no other means of entry I turned to Angie's list for a company to help us. It was amazing I was reassured that I would be assigned a service tech from 2-5pm and within 30 minutes a tech (Tim) from Precision garage doors called me and told he could be at my home in 45 minutes. He got the door opened and then did a check of the 1993 opener and all the parts and made some suggestions ....no pressure. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.
