Danny was born and raised in the Dominican Republic. At the age of 20 he decided to move to New York to have a better future in life. He graduated from Career Institute of Health & Technology getting an Automotive Tech diploma. He likes to help people out, but beside that, he loves to play piano and produce electronic dance music. His goals for Precision are to make customers happy and for them to be 100% satisfied with his services.

Precision is the best garage door company in New York, every time I’ve used them they have been extremely helpful. I recently bought new garage doors and they made the process as simple as it could be. Danny was our technician and I couldn’t have been happier with his help. He was kind, timely, knowledgeable and overall just a great person. He answered all of my questions and got us exactly what we were looking for. Excellent service! The spring on my garage door came off and a lot of the other parts were worn off. Danny gave professional advice and provided efficient and excellent service. Got an ad in the mail and scheduled a garage door repair after reading reviews. Our garage doors are 15 years old; one didn't open and the other shook a lot. We decided to fix the cables & rollers but fortunately didn't need a full replacement. Precision responded promptly, scheduled at our convenience, and sent several confirmations of the (Saturday) appointment (one of which included a picture of our technician). The technician (Danny) was professional, efficient, thorough, and reviewed all our options. Prices were fair and service was above our expectations. There was no high-pressure sales pitch -- refreshing. I would most certainly recommend Precision to a friend!

I had Danny come to the house for a estimate for a new garage door. He arrived on time. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The price quote was very fair. The only negative I could say is there is a ~ 2 week wait for the door to be ordered. I know this isn't a issue with Precision but the door manufacturer. I look forward to doing business with Precision.

This was my first contact with precision door service. My technician, Danny Salas was friendly ,knowledgeable ,and professional. Although I called for a repair of a broken cable, I ended up buying a new door. The mechanisms were so old, that it was impossible to fix the cables . I must say that I feel confident that the rest of this process will go as smoothly as my first visit. I like the alert regarding the arrival time and the fact that you sent a picture of the technician who would be coming to my door. a picture of my technician.

A week ago I was trying many companies to no avail. No one would come that day. Found Precision. They gave me a window of 4 hours and within 1 hr. I got a call from Danny. Salas. He was professional and most accommodating. He tried ro save us money but my motor was shot. So we had the motor installed with new remotes and keypad. Precision and Danny saved us a lot of grief as we have no access to the garage from our house

Excellent service!!! Technician, Dan, was there within 2 hours. Very courteous and eager to resolve the problem with my old safety beams, which looked simple, but turned out to be very difficult. Dan would not give up. He went the extra mile and finally completed the repair totally satisfactorily with a smile and without a hint of frustration. This company is on now my short list.

Danny was our technician today. He was courteous and polite. He notified me before that he was coming. He found the issue immediately even though the issue was intermittent. Although we could not see it...the senses were slightly not aligned. He adjusted the track a little, aligned the senses and wa la all fixed! He said to be sure to call if there are any future issues. Danny Salas arrived just when he said he would, after calling me to let me know he was on his way, so his start was excellent indeed. My local guy seems to have gone out of business and you folks are everywhere so I chose you. The tech was a nice guy and he did nice work (we’ll see as time goes by) but the price $$ was a real hustle. Not even close to a fair price for what I had done - oh well.
