Shane Fazal did an excellent job of handling my garage door problems. He arrived early, was very polite, helpful + knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, gave me my options and his recommendations, and removed and installed the new equipment expertly, quickly, efficiently and tidily. He explained how to programme and use all the equipment and made sure I understood and was comfortable with everything before he left. Everything came out great! I highly recommend hime for professional, knowledgeable and expert service and would definitely use him again!

The technician, Lewis Rodriguez did a wonderful job installing the new opener in about an hour. He took the time to set up Q and the other remotes. He took all of the garbage and left the garage very clean. He should be commended for his efforts.

We have used Precision in the past at our former home and did not hesitate to call then again when we had garage door troubles at our present home. There reps are very knowledgeable, do not pressure you into anything, and provide different options for you to choose from, and back up their work. I would not hesitate to call them again.

My garage door suddenly stopped working. I called Precision and immediately got a live person on the phone who was not only professional and courteous but booked me an appointment within 12 hours. The tech arrived with prior notification i might add, and he too was professional courteous and able to repair my door. Thank you Precision. You are a company unlike many today. 0utstanding! Excellent! Exceptional! Superb! As you can tell I am very happy with the work that Shane and Mike did on October 20, 2021. They completed the work in one day … installing two garage doors, all of the hardware, and the two garage door openers. There was nothing that I needed to clean up at the end of the job. What was very helpful for me was they made sure that the system was properly programed. They made sure that I was able to use all of the electronic features of the door openers, which included the MyQ app. To Shane and Mike - Thanks!

Every aspect of my garage door replacement was handled very professionally. Andrew, the sales rep, very clearly explained all options and the cost of each. The two installation techs, Jeff and Tyreem, were very knowledgeable. They were able to correct a weather stripping issue that arose unexpectedly. Their ability to correct the problem was very appreciated. I am very pleased with my new door. It makes the house look so much better and is so much quieter than the old ones! I would not hesitate to recommend Precision.
