Precision was great start to finish. It doesn’t get any easier than them for a repair. One call and I had an appointment booked. Service should up on time and called ahead to let me know when they would arrive. I had a broken garage door spring, so I called Precision in the morning and was able to get a repair appointment the same day. Their tech Israel arrived within the time window given to me and proceeded to expeditiously replace both coil springs. It had gone faster than any other repair I experienced within the last 20 years. I'm most pleased with the fact that Israel ensured the garage door sat level on the ground- no spaces underneath for mice to enter. Excellent job!
