Your service professional arrived within the scheduled time & I received a text message that he was on his way. Within 10 minutes he was here. Shane was a very nice gentleman and explained every aspect of replacing the garage motor. We wanted one that had a battery backup and Shane was very detailed on explaining the Lift Master model. We agreed and it only took about one for Shane to install. Great job and Shane was a very fine representative for your company - he deserves a raise & promotion!!!

We called Precision initially to fix a broken spring. Shane showed up same day! He explained the different options to fix the existing problem and when asked, he also gave us options to replace both openers (we have 2 garage door openers that are at least 10 years old). He was extremely patient answering all of our questions. We ultimately decided to replace everything on both garage doors, and are glad that we did. Upon completion Shane assisted me in installing the app and setting everything up on my phone, as well as programming my car! He left the garage clean (maybe cleaner than before he came? lol). I would not hesitate to contact Precision for repairs or purchase and installation of new garage door openers. P.S. - ask for Shane :)

After determining what was wrong with my garage doors, he offered me three options to choose from. I decided to replace all the parts as they were quite old. My 22 year old garage door wasn’t opening properly for a week. I had used Precision in the past and remembered Danny Salas who did a great job then and now. Danny is very professional and a great guy. He was at my house in an hour He took time to explain what the problem was and in another hour I had an updated opener, key pad inside and outside and two openers for the car. Again, he took time to explain how everything worked. I’m very happy with the job he did, everything is working perfectly. Danny is The Best !
