Technician arrived on site and on time after informing me of his estimated arrival time. Jamie called me in the morning to let me know he was on his way. Then it was nice to track him on my phone as he drove to my house. Jamie was pleasant, easy to communicate with, Respectful, and did a quick, clean repair of all 4 rollers for the pulleys on my garage door. They had me at Hello!! From the intake phone call the night before, to the fast response to getting Isreal out to see my garage problem and fixing it with confidence, to same day sending out a salesperson Mike to go over options of a new door they were all professional courteous and knowledgeable. The process of sending texts and emails of a picture of the staff was helpful and assuring it was not a scam or imposter. The followup and contract of the agreed work to be done was prompt and professional. I have total confidence of Precision Garage Door so far. Called this morning to arrange for an estimate. Precision followed up immediately with emails & texts to let me know when the technician would arrive. Within just a few hours Michael Chwalek was at my door. Michael explained the whole process telling me exactly what would be replaced. He answered all my questions and explained the different features of the door openers. I opted for the upgraded Genie opener that included battery backup. I was given a detailed estimate right on the spot which was appreciated. Michael was very courteous and professional. Based on how well everything has gone so far, I am hopeful that the day of installation will go just as well. Very glad I made the call to Precision Garage Door Service today.

We were most impressed and pleased with the service we received recently from Precision. We appreciated that the company texted us immediately after our initial call to them for an appointment, and kept us continuously updated during the day for the arrival time of their technician to our home. The Precision technician - Jason - was friendly, courteous, and knew his business. He provided us with a detailed explanation of the problems concerning our existing door opener. He offered several options for repair/replacement at different price points and didn't try to upsell us on parts or services we didn't need. It is rare to find someone so honest and professional. I chose Precision based on their on-line reviews. They kept me informed as to exactly when the serviceman would arrive, and even sent me a picture. Lewis assessed the problem and gave us options on how to proceed. He fixed the issue, quickly and then performed a full maintenance on the garage door opener and all of its components. Just a heads up, however. Be prepared to pay by check because using a credit or debit card incurs a high "processing" fee. I would definitely use Precision again if I had an issue.

Jamie came when he said he would (he had called me first). He itemized my bill and told me what original parts he could reuse and showed me what parts needed to be replaced. he was very quick and I had my door operational within a half hour. He tested it and left.
