We have used Precision several times over the years to deal with our garage door... and each time, they have been careful, meticulous, friendly, and knew what they were doing for sure. Ryan Swan today was exactly that ... listened to what I thought wasn't right (the same thing had happened a few years ago), he knew right away what wasn't working properly and was able to fix it as well as check everything and do another repair we needed. He was great, as well as being very friendly and showed and explained to me what had to be done... So kudos to Precision for having such amazing staff!

I’ve used Precision door of Long Island previously They come as scheduled. Their estimates are provided before the work starts. The technician is very friendly, he explained all the work they’ve suggested they needed to be done. Cleaned up after the work was performed.
