Precision Garage Door was highly recommended by a friend. Everyone I have spoken to is very friendly and helpful, which I really appreciate as a senior! They respond timely, are very knowledgable and professional, and very patient explaining choices & procedures. Their work is meticulous and they clean up after themselves, so I could just enjoy my new purchase! That goes for when they installed the door several years ago and when I recently had them add an inside lock on the door. I found out that when the power goes out, the door can be opened by pushing it up from the outside. So if you don't have a backup power source, consider adding that to your purchase. Much thanks and appreciation to all their employees!

Precision Garage Door Service is a company I have used in the past and have recommended to my friends who praise it highly. It is easy to make an appointment for quick service and a very knowledgable , friendly , helpful technician arrives on time. The technician addresses the need for service, gives a reasonable estimate for the service , and quickly makes the repair. The door is tested to my complete satisfaction. Technician takes a picture of the repair, we have a short conversation where I thank him for the visit , and he departs for his next appointment. The technicians that have visited me are all TOP SHELF.

Our entire experience was exceptional. From Andrew at the start spending time with us many times to make sure we had the correct door - viewing various styles, and making sure we went through all options was super helpful. The install by Greg and his team was outstanding. They reached out, were on time and super clean. The garage door wouldn’t stay closed. Then it wouldn’t open at all. I was desperate! Googled garage door repair. Your name came up with quick response time, local and good reviews. I called and I’m so glad I did. From the reception operator, Francesca, to instant text and email confirmation to bio and identification with a picture of the assigned technician, I was never so impressed with the professionalism of a company. Ryan arrived on time prepared to take care of the job. He was professional, knowledgeable and sweet. He assessed the problem and offered me a menu of suggestions with prices. He completed the work in record time and I could not be more pleased. My only regret is we have an incredible warranty now and may not need your service any time soon.
