Hello, I want to take a moment to thank you for the excellent service I received. I’m very satisfied with the quality of the materials and especially the professional installation by Brian. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. During the installation, there was a minor issue when reconnecting my older electric garage door opener. While the motor was running, the door would not open or close. Brian, though not at fault, immediately apologized and suggested I contact the office so a technician could come out to assess the problem. He also assured me that if it could not be repaired, your company would work with me on a replacement. Since I had originally installed the opener myself, I decided to take a look before calling. I discovered the chain needed to be reset on the sprocket and the tension adjusted. After making this quick repair and reinstalling the opener, it now works perfectly—better than before, especially paired with the new door. I couldn’t be happier with the final result. This is an excellent garage door company with friendly employees and excellent technicians. I have used them in the past and have always had a positive experience. I called at 8 am and the technician arrived at 10 AM just as promised. A major job for a double garage was done by 12. Very pleased with the quality of the work especially the technician Israel. Precision Overhead Garage Door was recommended to me by a friend. They were prompt in making an appointment with me and followed up every step of the way. When it was time for George, my service guy to come to the house ... I received a picture, his phone number and a little bio. I thought it was great to know who was coming to my house. Once at my house, George was great. He was super thorough and explained everything to us. He helped me download the app, showed me how to share it with my family members and tested everything before he left. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone that needs help with their garage!!

I couldn't be more pleased with both the repair and customer service of this company. I called the office at 3PM on a Saturday afternoon when a cable snapped on a garage door leaving it so I couldn't get my car out. I got an appointment for Sunday morning and was able to follow the service person's progress to me on an app so I knew exactly when he would arrive. The repairs were extensive and worth the cost. Jacob completed the job in a reasonable amount of time, and he was a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this company for these types of services.

I called in the morning because my two car garage door opener stopped working. The young lady who answered my call was courteous and set up an appointment in the early afternoon. At 12:30, after calling to say he was on the way, the service man, George, arrived. He quickly discovered the reason for the problem and even showed me a picture of where gears had been stripped on my 2003 opener. He priced a replacement for me. I asked when he would come back to do the work. To my amazement, he said he could do it right then. He completed the job in about an hour and a half. Very satisfied with George and Precision.
